Worst experience in my Life. I ordered i single bed frame from there for £45 and paid £25 for delivery. On the day of Delivery, Delivery man call me before 2 hours said your delivery will be there within about 2 hours and didn’t call when he reach to property and took it back. When i call him he said you missed your delivery and went rude when i said why you didn’t call me when you reach to the property as normally all the drivers do that all of sudden he went rude said we don’t have time and cut my call, didn’t answer the call after. I rang to Dudley branch and spoke with manager. I said to manager that your driver didn’t come to my house as i have proof one of my neighbours seen a van turned back a street before to my house they even didn’t come to my house. instead of saying OK we will investigate. Manager said no he did everything right. I said ask for proof from your driver that he attempt for delivery. Manager said yes we saw a message, well message is not a proof??? After all the conversation they said you don’t have any option you have to pay £25 more for re-delivery. Then i paid £25 again. So £45 for bed and £50 for delivery what a joke? In that 11 minutes conversation i spoke with 2-3 staff, nobody was ready to listen my situation and my side that’s prove totally unprofessionalism . When i call to dudley branch a man pick my call. I said i want to speak with manager he said yes i am manager then i spoke with a female she said yes i am manager. Don’t know who was actually manager. Well i appreciate the drivers who re-delivery my items, they were really nice. (Suggestion- Please don’t deal or treat with your customers like that as you treated me) So that was the story of scam, happened with me.

It’s the same sofa which your delivery drivers refused to take inside the flat and excused that it’s not gonna go through the door, very rude drivers use abusive words and complete refuse to take sofa upstairs, left sofa in the garden far from flat. It’s very disappointing that they don’t have respect for customers. You should hire drivers with experience because I pay for delivery and at the time of purchase I get assurance that they will deliver to the choice of you room.

This used to be a good place to get affordable furniture. However, they now massively overprice things, even items that have clearly got damage to them. The delivery charge is also extortionate. With some of the prices, you'd be better off going to ikea/Argos and buying brand new.

Always a good range of furniture in these stores at a decent price and they will deliver. I've seen the furniture being steam cleaned too so they try to offer something in as good condition as possible. Staff are mostly friendly and welcoming.

Personally wouldn't recommend hear. Come to the store looking for a bed and mattress. They wanted £120 + £50 to deliver a second hand mattress less than a mile down the road. Ended up going across the road where I got a brand new bed and mattress for only £240. I will not be visiting this store again. Prices are just out of this world.

Great little aladdin's cave. A charity shop, so anything you buy will do someone else some good. Stock seems to change quickly so if you're local and looking for that odd piece of furniture, it's worth dropping by. On the downside, there is no dedicated parking and the store is on a busy junction, so access could be better. Staff are of course all volunteers, who give their time to help the charity. Great people, who are friendly & welcoming, whether you're buying or donating.
