Food fresh and absolutely delicious! Ordered too much and they were more than happy to pack the left overs to take home, very reasonably priced for what you get, venue is gorgeous and staff attentive but not pushy. Have been before and will definately come again.
Really good food and service. We went for a breakfast and were not disappointed. Also if you're wondering about the dessert, get the apple pie - we loved it.

It’s more of a pub / night club that serves food. Dingy lighting and music excessively loud. Also very expensive given that it’s Romford.
The decor, the food the atmosphere and staff are superb, especially Sherif and Suzanna. The cocktails were just picturesque a work of art! Oysters we're fresh and lovely. Can't fault this place and will definitely be back!!! Takes you out of Romford and into a little paradise.
I often visit Ivy Tree — the new place opened by a good acquaintance of mine, who also owns another successful restaurant. From the moment you step inside, you can feel the incredible atmosphere: everything is brand new, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The food is simply outstanding. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor. The cocktail selection is exceptional, offering creative and delicious options that perfectly complement the dishes. I must also mention the desserts — especially the Ferrero Rocher chocolate dessert, which was absolutely incredible! Another thing that makes this place special is the vibrant atmosphere during the evenings, with live music or DJ sets. The music is carefully adapted to the guests, creating a perfect mix between Romanian and international hits, making every night unique and lively. The service was impeccable, with a friendly and professional staff that made the experience even more enjoyable. Congratulations on opening such a beautiful new place! I am certain it will become a favorite for many, just as it has for me.
Asked a 44 year old for ID by doorman who refused entry then afterwards let much younger people in no ID requested a joke! Walked straight in bro next pub no issues
Went at quiet time, quieter than the other regular JDW's next door but one! Brighter too, but had to move seats to escape cold downdraft... In December!
very inexperienced staff, looked like they were thrown in the deep end. not very good support from managers, customer service was very poor, some of the floor staff did their best and I am sure they will get better. I sent back a poor quality beer that was changed without question however the pump clip was not removed and they continued to serve beer from that pump, the feel in side was nice and comfortable and the whole pub was very clean so I hope it can only improve, managers need to help the bar staff more and pay more attention to customers instead of their mobile phones.
Generous drinks pricing, especially during these trying times, and lovely bouncy thriving atmosphere. Busy with lot's of customers, creating an almost 'party atmosphere'. My friends and I had an excellent visit there, and I'll gladly recommend this lively pub.
Popped in after work for a few drinks and food. Menu extensive as always, and we ordered through the app for the first time. The food and drinks came over really quickly and food was great. Generous portion, well cook and well seasoned. I had the gourmet burger with grilled chicken and was lovely. Priced like you would expect for a Spoons, 2 Gordon's pink gins for £5.50 and the burger was £7.75 inc. an alcoholic drink. No complaints
