   Bupa should be a saviour in these challenging NHS times. They are the WORST!!! They charge high premiums and do anything to avoid payouts!! GO TO ANOTHER PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANY. ANY. You will give yourself mental health problems if you’re ever in trouble and need their help!

   One of the most difficult people to get hold of. And the automated answer machine is an absolute matrix to get through, I have not come across worst customer service in the private healthcare industry than Bupa, disappointed.

   BUPA are extremely effective at ducking payment. They wriggle out of referring you to consultants unless you insist, they then will find any way possible to avoid paying the consultant leaving you to foot the bill you thought was covered. They’re duplicitous and misleading. Avoid at all costs.

   Offices were scruffy and it smelled of rotten food inside. Employees were scruffy, unshaven and looked like they didn't want to be there. And who can blame them?

   Great new building in the heart of media city with the latest tech for all the staff. Great vibe and nice place to work...and with THE Botanist, the Alchemist and the Dock Yard on the doorstep you can't complain.
