   I've been receiving direct care for a few weeks now and had some lovely carers, so just wanted to say a massive thank you to patsy, Allison, Natalie, natasha and Sarah for being amazing and caring to me love you all sorry if I missed anyone x I'd recommend these people a hundred per cent, that's all

   We have been badly let down by this very poor company., who state they will despatch orders on the next day. My wife has stage 4 lung cancer and has lost a lot of weight and has no appetite. In order to build up her strength so that she can withstand chemotherapy, she has been prescribed Forticreme which this company provides. We ordered this product through an on line chemist, Paharmacy2u. When the order had failed to arrive we were told that it was out of stick. We the. Learnt that it could be obtained via Amazon. We ordered it and was told that it had been despatched. The order failed to arrive but we were unable to find out what had happened because no tracking number was provided. After further time consuming enquiries Amazon informed us that the order had been lost in the post. Moreover the item is now out of stock. There is clearly something very wrong with this company. The remedy offered of a refund is not sufficient because my wife’s survival has been put at risk. I suspect the company does not care.

   I have had direct care as my carers for many years and have had some lovely carers during this time I dont know who posted a very bad review in my name nor do I know how they did it but I would like direct care as a company and all my individual carers to know it was NOT me. If I did have a problem I would speak to DC directly knowing they would sort it out for me

   Fantastic, caring staff, who whilst looking after my mum, became like family. If i'd have chosen girls myself, I couldn't have chosen better. Sarah, Tiff, Kirsty and Shopna you've been a godsend!

   Worked for this company. Employer very supportive. Great family business. Enjoyed every minute. All our service users were forever expressing how delighted they were with the service. Would highly recommend. I would definitely use them for my family if needed.
