We had a party for our 4 year old and 20 kids here today. Our host was Holly and she looked after us so well! We ended up with a few children with dietary requirements - this info hadn't been fully shared with the venue but Holly was really attentive and turned around some gluten free sandwiches so quickly AND was really proactive about labelling party bags that were suitable for these kids to take away. No ask was too large and we felt really well supported so we could focus on the kids. The kids had a great time and even the adults were happy! Thanks for everything.

Really great place for the kids. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food for little ones and adults is good. Most importantly for me, staff keep an eye on the baby/toddler section to make sure no big kids go in, which means the little ones can enjoy their space. We love coming here!

We always have the best time here. The staff are so lovely & can’t do enough for you. The food is delicious & the children’s party’s always look really well ran. I would definitely book for my daughter (when she is older). Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time at the kids Christmas party. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and the big characters (Elf and Grinch) along with the party leader made it a very special visit. Everything is clean and well maintained. Kids love the slides and equipment. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and well prepared. Think this is our favourite soft play! (On site parking is a big bonus too!)

My granddaughter really enjoyed herself. She is 21/2 but was able to play in the large play area as older children were in school . The area for 2-4 years was quite small . Would have liked the option of some healthier snacks as you cannot take your own food in but there was a good variety of food on the menu if you wanted something more substantial .

We recently had a party here for our 4 year old, the kids really enjoyed themselves and the staff were very friendly and helpful and kept everything running smoothly without being too overpowering. I would definitely recommend having a party here and will be returning soon for a playday as its a nice size to be able to see what the kids are doing whilst you sit and have a chat/ coffee. Thanks again for a great day.

I took my nephew here who is under 2. The place itself is perfectly fine and he really had a great time there. My reason for the lower review is that the sign says the area is strictly for under 2s and there were a lot of children in that area who were much older than that, which starts to make it unsafe for the smaller ones. The staff should be better at mandating this as the parents don't seem too...

Booked a party here for my 4 year old. Informed the party planner of our guests allergies etc before the party. Only to be seated and our guest be unable to eat any party food.. took half an hour for this issue to be rectified by which point our session had finished. Also had to chase up missing crisps. My daughter didn't know any different luckily but it was quite unorganised, especially for the price of the party...

We went to Medieval Mayhem for the first time today with our toddler. We found the under 2's area quite small which was constantly being invaded by older, boisterous children chucking themselves and the soft toys around. We did see a member of staff ask older children to leave the area but parents seemed to be paying zero attention to what their kids were doing so it didn't last long. The pricing structure doesn't really seem to match the play areas. Under 1s are free. 1-3 are £4.45 and 3+ £6.45 but the play areas are for under 2's, 2-4 and 4+. If you've got a child under 2 I'm not sure it's worth £4.45 plus the £2 per adult entry fee. For older children the play area looked really good but my rating is based on the toddler area. I know the staff can't do much about the parents but we've been to a few soft plays and this was the worst we've seen for parents just leaving their kids completely unattended (including a baby left face down in the under 2's area!!!). Some areas could have been cleaner and they stopped serving food at 11.10am (we were in the 9.30-12pm) slot which seemed quite early but I guess there's a wait and they want you to leave by 12.
