Visited the store today, the lady in the shop was tapping away on her keyboard. She just about managed to say hello. Myself and my husband looked at the beds, there was no further interaction from the sales assistant she was too busy sending emails. Will not be visiting again…a very rude lady. I suggest you get some customer service skills.
