   We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party here and they did not disappoint 10/10. Our daughter and her friends had the best time. All the staff went above and beyond for our daughter absolutely fantastic. The organisation and professionalism was second to none special thank you to Ian for everything would recommend to anyone to have their childs party here thank you again xx

   We visited Kooca today for the first time with my kids for Waffles and Milkshakes. From the get go, we had a really warm welcome and hosting from Abigale who was really attentive and took our order. The manager even took time out to check in on us and make sure we were happy with everything. The waffles were amazing and perfectly cooked and the milkshakes went down a treat too. It’s the accumulation of all those little touches that made a great experience a perfect one. So glad we stopped by, definitely be back!!!

   Kooca is such a lovely, clean and welcoming place for children and families! The play centre is kept to such a clean standard, we love it! It’s safe and kids can’t get out. The team really look after the guests well! We have visited many times and had our daughter’s 4th party here. It was great. The attention to detail made it. I had my 93 year old gran with us and they put a big smile on her face by including her and making her feel special. The venue is wheel chair friendly so she was fine on her mobility’s scooter! Staff even helped her with this! They got the bubble gun out which was a hit with everyone! Photo prop barbie box was also amazing! The effort this family puts in to making sure the kids and family’s have the best party is really evident! Myself and my friends travel miles from Sheffield to this place because it’s just the best! Clean friendly and safe!! Thankyou team Kooca x

   Wow where do I start my family has been going for years it's perfect we have done the special events I.e cinema night , barbie disco , Wednesday addams disco , Halloween party , birthday parties , christenings AND the best Is seeing santa getting a gift disco and a waffle tree and ice-cream on Christmas eve the owners make every visit as special as the first !!! Food is amazing!! Milkshakes are yum with plenty of choices Saftey first no escaping children as its keypad entry and always a member of staff out the front My son had his party here yesterday and all his friends loved it ... Best party experience to date thank you so much My son picked the design your own waffle and icecream all children got plenty of selections of toppings and sauces Thank you kooca team Ian and family you make everyone feel welcome Cheap entry amazing food security and excellent play area.

   Great place for the little ones to run around, play etc - not too small that its boring, but not too big for the little ones to get around. One paid entry gets you in free next time - bargain... Contained within one area (nice and safe for wandering kiddies) is a fair amount of seating, a flat area for little tykes cars, a fair sized soft play area, a smaller under one's soft play area and a couple of rides/machines. Food is fairly prices as well for a soft play area - the picnic and play option is worth the price. *If you have twins, they offer 2 for 1* Very friendly staff and there's always someone in the play area watching out.

   My daughter had her birthday here last year and it was amazing! Would highly recommend. The owners are so lovely and really looked after us. Kids loved the waffles we even took some home! Great place! I also loved the little touch of having my daughters pictures on the screen as you enter for her birthday - we will definitely be back

   I'd seen some poor reviews for this place but decided to check it out anyway. Initial impressions were very good, attentive and friendly staff, bright and clean. Attention to detail in the toilets such as step and seat for children. Lovely little changing and feeding area. Small play frame is perfect for smaller ones - my 4 and 2 year old loved it. Just the right size. We didn't eat there but they do a good offer of a picnic platter and play if you don't fancy a sweet waffle. Lots of choice, not cheap but where is these days! Would come again and recommend to young children.

   My daughter enjoyed her play here and the waffles went down a treat. The staff that were on were extremely polite and helpful but their just didnt seem to be enough of them considering it was an inset day for a lot of local schools. It was fairly busy but certainly not full. I had to wait 40 minutes for a cup of tea and a round of toast which was offered to a few tables before I could point out it was mine. Had a 45 minute wait for the waffles and had drinks left on my table that weren't mine. They were clearly understaffed during my visit but they remained friendly throughout what must have been a frustrating time for them. The food and drink is extremely overpriced. Feel as though I may have enjoyed my experience more if I visited when they were either quieter or more appropriately staffed.

   We have visited a few times with our son who is 2 and he loves it! It is spotlessly clean which reassures me in a pandemic. My son can run around and climb to the top of the frame and I am free to enjoy a lovely hot drink from the menu. We tried the waffle fries and chocolate sauce which was lovely. We visit almost every week as we feel it is safe, and my son has a brilliant time every time we visit!

   First time I've been today. First impressions, i was impressed. It's clean and staff were very helpful, especially when my youngest needed help on the slide etc. As soon as i walked in i felt welcome and at ease. My only issue is the lack of choices for food and the food & drinks that they do serve is VERY overpriced. If the menu had a wider choice some actual meals or healthy food (not just desserts) and more reasonable prices i would have given 5 stars.
