Really wonder atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were made to feel so welcome, such a fantastic resource for our city.
Snug by name snug by nature. A little haven of peace for new parents and parents in general. Slings are the main thing but there is so much more offered in terms of support and connection.
A good venue which showcases the benefits of slings and carrys for babies and toddlers. The advice service is often free on certain days and is run with the help of a mix of professionals and talented helpful volunteer. In addition to help with slings (which are great for traversing Sheffield's many hills) they also offer a carry rental service so you can try before you buy. For facilities the area is wheelchair accessible, and they have both a baby changing room and toilets. I would heartily recommend the Snug.
I attended a fabulous peer support course with Rosie that left me a lot more confidence with how to put on slings and help others.
Warm welcoming place for families. Extensive library collection of slings available for hire. Regular library sessions and workshops are run here where you can have help with your carrier or be shown how to carry your child in a sling.
