At the time of my visit I was doing collection at the store, staff at the desk was very kind and helpful going through the order making sure everything was there, as I have few bits and pieces, at the end I was offered help to take everything to the car, which I thank for, but appreciate the kindness. This was a very pleasant visit.

The only place close to me that happened to have the windscreen wiper blades I needed, however to get there from work meant I might get there when they closed. I arrived at the GSF Car Parts Watford North branch a few minutes after 5:30pm, and the amazing team allowed me to collect my order before they closed up. This is brilliant service, from an amazing team; thank you, guys, you are appreciated.
Worst customer service waited 10 minutes no one turned up to serve me avoid avoid or order online for delivery
The service was very, very slow. The customers in front of me had to knock on the window to get their attention even though they could clearly see us waiting. I have a trade account but it's cheaper for members of the public to do a click and collect. So my trade account is useless.
Always a quick service and prices are competitive.
Very helpful staff and at a good price
Well the DPD don't even disturbed to deliver the items, I took half a day off waiting for them and they didn't even come to ring the bell and drop off the DPD point!not reliable service, definitely I am going to order next time somewhere else where I don't have to travel to have my order !
