This is the best motor spares store around. The guys are very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. I have been using them for years. They managed to source some parts for my Dodge Avenger.
Unsatisfied with the service. Old system, clueless staff. Taking the phone, and hang up for long minutes.... (.. and the stuff having a clueless chat in the background... Very much unprofessional) Many member of staff behind the desk, but they have no much clue about their job.... Or some just too old to care, and speed up.... They won't take back my SGS welding gas cylinder and return my deposit, without the genuine invoice. (from about 10yrs back...) It's unfair service! (I will make a complaint to SGS) The other time, I was checking their stock on the phone, saying yes they do have my cylinder refill, traveling 30minutes, than saying "Sorry" someone mixed tgem up.... Than I was ok to take a different gas mix, but I couldn't, because the system won't make it allowed... (I have been told, possibly isn't true...) I hope, this old style shops will disappear soon. They should speed up to the present and to the future!!!! Not reccomended!!!!!
Great car parts at low prices
Came 5 min before close time (rushing like crazy to get the part which I desperately needed) and was told they dont accept card as they are closing the tills. Directed me to nearest cash machine - I almost begged them to wait - ran to the cash machine and back - 2 minutes late. They closed. Customer first I guess.
You should find what your looking for they stock a wide range of parts for most vehicles my car is an import so had no luck
Very Professional & friendly staff. Amazing all round experience. When a Garage couldn't find a part for my car, I went to Lloyds Motor Spares in South Harrow & they found it for me. The mechanic at the garage was surprised & asked me where I went. When I told him LMS in S Harrow, he said that he deals with another supplier. Now he knows where to look next time.
