   Have used the shop few times to buy components for my car. The online buying and collection is easy, sometimes there might be a queue inside but not having long waiting times. The shop is easy to find and they have parking in front of the shop. As an advice for some products they are good but a professional mechanic's or electricians opinion is better. Check your product before leaving the shop, the return procedure isn't the best in some cases. The shop is clean and tidy, no bad smells.

   I had a strange experience. When I arrived at the Euro parking lot, the person working there checked the wipers of a customer's car. He was helping the person well. Now when it was my turn in order and I had questions about Coolant Water and wiper Blade. He told me to just order. And this experience of discrimination is from just an hour ago as I am writing this.

   I had a horrible experience about returning a clutch, the next day after was bought with the click and collect service .I think the manager is enjoying to see the frustration of the customers trying to return a product! He said I cannot take back the product because the mechanic tried to fit the part!!!! If you gave me the wrong part normally was not fitting!!!! I had the original box, parts, invoice!!!Thank Harrow Euro Car Parts specially to the,, great manager,,! I will use the clutch in my Christmas tree!
