Long wait even though there wasonly one other customer, advised what window wipers would fit and they didn't fit. Overall not great

Worst Euro Car Parts branch I've ever visited. Came 20 mins before High Wycombe branch closing time, but the guy did not allow me to come to collect my order. Unacceptable! Unfortunately looks like head office doesn't care how bad is this branch according to other Google Reviews.

Awful service. Ordered a part click and collect from this store, no email or text to say it was ready. Went to the store to find a queue out the door and one person serving (very slowly). Thought would go back a few days later but then received an email 'collection confirmation' stating had collected it (I had not). Have raised this with customer support and credit card disputed. AVOID

Shot I wasn't sat around like I normally am in euro parts got seen pretty fast and even got my parts within 10 minutes my experiencing a number of different europarts is sitting around waiting for a staff member when the place is empty and it's got no queues waiting

A convenient store for car parts, but customer service can be inconsistent. They have a wide range of parts, and the prices are competitive compared to dealerships. However, finding the exact part you need can sometimes be a hassle, and staff assistance varies—some employees are very knowledgeable, while others seem rushed or uninterested. If you know exactly what you’re looking for, it’s a great place to buy parts at a good price, but if you need help, be prepared for a mixed experience. Checking online for stock before visiting is a good idea.

ZERO **Really disapointed after driving miles to collect item to be informed cannot find it. Order was placed 4 hours ago and had no courtesy to even inform via text/email or call it is not found. Message received Thank you for shopping with Euro Car Parts, your Click & Collect order is now being processed and will be ready for collection in 15 minutes. Poor service.

I know it's cliché, but I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered two parts for delivery on the 4th of December. Nearly two months go buy and no order, or communication as to where my order is. I go to the shop in question to inquire, and I'm told to contact customer services (who were very helpful) and I get an email apologising, and I will be refunded. The refund is then only for one item, so I had to contact them again to sort it. Oh, it's also hard to park because the delivery drivers take all the spaces.

Poor service as usual. While it it obvious there are many staff in the building there was only one person serving and a queue to the door. Twenty-five minutes to pick up an Internet order!

Ordered parts online listed as in stock and pick up after 30 minutes. Went to pick up next day and nobody knows anything about it and not in stock. Now got to wait another 5 hours to pick them up, maybe. Absolutely no clue what they are doing in this company.
