   Extremely Frustrating Experience – Avoid! I had a terrible experience with this company. Over the phone, I was told my parts would be ready for collection after 12:30 pm. Upon arriving at the shop, I was told to come back after 4 pm. When I returned after 4, they couldn’t find the parts at all! I was then asked to come back the next day. This meant I had to make three trips just to collect a simple order. It was a complete waste of my time, and the whole situation was beyond frustrating. I expected better organization and communication from a business like this. Very disappointing!

   Bought a rear view mirror fix kit, I went to collect and she told me “any problem come back here” . After I followed the instructions and failed to fix the rear view mirror to the glass, I returned there where same lady with dubious nose ring, said that I couldn’t have refund or store credit because “we don’t know if you use it correctly”. I hope you failed in business and in life with your attitude. Big hugs. Ah, and all of this For £6, nasty business.

   Incredibly horrible service, just shocking. There's a lad by the name of Shaun who's a trooper. He is literally carrying this entire shop himself. The rest of the staff are at the back office with the door open. Arguing, shouting and talking about assaulting a civilian (I have no idea who); swearing incredible loudly, every other word was the F word. Horrible location. Do yourselves a favour and drive the extra five minutes to go to another location. Worst thing is I'm being fairly lenient to be honest. Replace the staff here including any management. The efficiency would quadruple immediately.
