GSF HAYES I came to collect my order. Waited in the queue for more than 20min because there was only one person on the till. And there was more staff walking up and down the shop. When my time came suddenly card reader logged off or something happend to it which took another 3 min to start working again. At that point I run out of my patience and asked him why he didn't took action to deal with the que situation in the first place? No apologies nothing instead he started arguing with me. Resume - mouthy people like him shouldn't be working in customer service.

Great service and really lovely interiors and views of the city, but I’d say quite overpriced. The food was good but not good enough to get me back a second time around. I feel like the flavour combinations could be a bit more creative.

Too slow , chatting too long and customers have to wait long . Serving you like we getting things free . I’m avoiding this place . Chinese guy too slow no eye contact or pleasant welcoming. Need more training how to do customer service , same with female there , pretending busy to avoid serving others .

Customer service was great, much fast than ECP, but prices are a lot more expensive. Also, the service is slow, NOT due to the 1 person single-handedly serving and then going to pick the orders. GSF need to address this issue. Great service from the gent and lady.

Extremely poor customer experience, long wait even though load of staff at the back,apparently only one till works when I asked,to served after 15 mins waiting ,seriously,that's the reason the internet will close you down.

Just one person on the desk having to deal with everyone. The manager wasn't bothered & continued to tap away on a keyboard...could have asked if anyone in the queue is paying cash for stuff from the shelves.

One person serving customers. Can hear rude woman and other colleagues in the back but not serving customers. Been here for past 20 minutes and only half way through the queue. Feel sorry for the 11th person after me- probably going to be here for dinner! Appalling service. 1 star for the asian guy with glasses trying to help.
