Highly recommended my vehicle had some issues with a engine light and service light had auto parts check the car over and give it a service and within a couple hours the car was back to normal again and not a problem or light on these guys are very reliable and I would recommend them to anyone local to Staines

Dropped my car off to look at a headlight bulb not working, was told the auto electrician had come and checked it out spent time investigating it and concluded I needed a whole new headlight. I asked to speak to the electrician but was told he was busy and then left the garage. I picked up my car and was charged £50 for ‘looking at it’ I drove passed a small garage and asked if they could look at it, they did and diagnosed the problem in one minute, I just needed a new bulb. Do not trust these guys they are scammers n will take your money
I feel part of the family now, as they call me by name, my local garage great quick if i have small problem with my motorbike i go there. Like oil our number plate. See you soon, maybe no hope the car don't break down soon .

So rude. Instead of helping out I was laughed at and then told "good luck to you. Seriously good luck to you" when I told them it's a diesel. Is this how you treat customers? I'm broken down, no garages are open, and the last thing I need is someone telling me off. What a shame as this is the closest garage to me house and could've become my regular goto garage but this kind of language and treatment of customers is completely unacceptable. I strongly suggest some customer service skills or even trying some basic empathy.
