   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They show items on there website as in stock. As soon as your order is placed an email arrives to say part is not in stock, should be 2-3 weeks. Well 3 months later you're still chasing some money. Emails just fob you off, but initially it doesn't seem too bad, shipping from eu or us is not straightforward anymore so you understand the issue. But you get no updates from the company, you have to chase them for any info. Eventually they'll admit you aren't getting your part, then the fun begins. We all know how easy and fast modern banking is but these guys would have you believe it take 6 weeks to process rather than 6 seconds, like they are some HUGE multinational company with some accounts department in a different city or country, and god-knows how many levels of management to authorise said refund. They're not, they're just useless idiots. DO NOT USE

   Terrible company. Avoid them at all costs. Ordered an item that appeared to be on back order of over a year. Asked for a refund. Was told 12-14 working days (who takes that long to refund in this day and age). Waited that period of time and still no refund. Contacted them again and was told some absolute nonsense about them having processed too many PayPal refunds that day. Filed a case on PayPal and they refunded me within 15 mins. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid! PS if you ordered through PayPal just file a claim and PayPal will refund you. If you paid on a credit card submit a chargeback!

   I found a K&N air filter for my Mercedes SLK 250D advertised my ML Performance at a very attractive price so, I placed my order on late Sunday afternoon. I can only say that the whole process went exactly to plan. I received an immediate acknowledgement followed by frequent updates regarding the delivery by DHL. My filter arrived two days after placing the order. It was carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and it's now fitted on my car. Faultless service, thanks very much indeed

   I ordered an out of stock BMW part at a lower price than a dealer. The part was really needed as part of a restoration for a E39 but I was happy to wait for the item to come back into stock. Communication from ML performance team was excellent, keeping me up to date and even offering to cancel the order (without my prompting) due to the delay. Really good customer service, would use again.

   Lovely servicd sometimes calling over the phone is problematic I won’t lie. But they’re speedy over emails. So makes up for it as long as your patient normally getting back in emails in 1-3 working days. I’m doing an n54 335i restoration process and have bought most of the parts from ML performance. Having spent nearly £3,000 here alone in the last 2 months safe to say I trust this company. I have thousands of pounds more worth of parts to order, like suspension engine and gearbox mounts and will only be going here to order. Thanks to marshal and the team for going extra mile at times as well Henry

   Awesome that I was able to find every single product I wanted (coilovers, spacers and a bunch of MPerformance carbon bits) for my F82 and all delivered within a few days / quicker than expected. Ability to enter VIN number and filter the search for products makes a huge difference in checking product compatibility. Also received highly responsive and useful information needed to install the coilovers by using the chat function (actually was critical in resolving a debate I had with my installer!). Great service and highly recommended

   Had a great experience ordering an intake for my M140i online. Used the live chat to check it was in stock before ordering and was told it would take 5 days before it was dispatched, it arrived 2 days after ordering so was really impressed with the delivery time! Will definitely use again if I need any bits in the future!
