I had a bad experience with these people and I would not use them again except I have to use them because they owe me 400. I bought two similar items and even though we discussed my unusual circumstances before the order and they agreed to a refund on return of one of them, they tricked me. I returned the item and requested a refund but because it was a little beyond their small print 28 days they are refusing to refund me. So I regard them as tricksters, rogue traders. Any decent trader would stick to their word, but not these guys. If they do the right thing I will remove this bad review.
They might do fast delivery in the UK but once you need parts in Belgium nothing works...so you pay £ 23 for delivery and after ordering 2O th of june I still received no parts 6 th of august...can you imagine how far the UK is from Belgium...I have to drive 60 miles to customs in Brussels to pay duties... Nice suggestion but when I order parts I want them delivered to my doorstep. Anyway...ordered parts yesterday in Holland which are delivered today fast and moreover better price...How difficult can it be....the refund will be another hassle because they are putting up a claim at Pay Pal against me...way to go C&C...
After a total nightmare with the courier delivering my order (absolutely no fault of C&C) the customer service these guys provided was absolutely spot on. Very grateful for all the assistance they gave and their excellent communication at every turn. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and I’m sure I’ll be a very regular customer as I begin restoring my ‘67 1300. Thanks guys.
Brought many new and repair panels from this company for my 1974 Baywindow. Slide door inner and outer, 2 rear chassis leg sections, inner out rear panels, rear lamp upright panels, seat tubs, inner outer front arches, deformation panel, cab floor etc... All were very good quality, good Cathode coating and fitted well. Just have 1 cab door to sort out now with a new Skin and under side repair section which they also supplied for me. I suspect these will fit just as well. Good company to use, good products and helpful when asked questions. Thanks Dennis

Just picked up two blank keys for my Karmann Ghia. Did have a code on my original, but they said it wasn't the usual code, so made the decision to get them cut from the original not the code. They work absolutely brilliantly....and they are cheaper than one I found on eBay! This is the first time I have used this company as I live near VW Heritage in Shoreham (They sell the key, but they are awaiting stock...for nearly 2 years!). I Googled VW keys and C&C came up, will definitely be using them again.
