   Don’t trust this company I was promised a call back but unfortunately nobody called Back! So then I went on chat box to be told Sorry we're busy at the moment we will be 1 minute then 2! After that they said we will email and no sign of email not even in my junk! How disappoint when then intro said on the phone after so many years of trading how great they were. I could be let down so badly

   What a brilliant company to deal with, i ordered some brake cables for my Iveco and they arrived next day, but come to open the box and the cables were different, so on the phone i go spoke to the guy for Iveco very polite nothing to much trouble and after some scratching of heads, we found that my vin number was correct but the hubs were different. Not a prob for Zeppelin trading unfortunately they didn't have my cables but they arranged dpd to collect next day and refund me my monies paid, i cannot fault the service i have had and i will use again, just hopefully they have the bits in if needed for my Iveco, thank you very much and i have saved your number incase i need you again, kindest regards Abs marine & Engineering Newquay Cornwall

   Excellent customer service. Extremely helpful and honest. Helped identify the correct part and check it was what we needed. Offered a great discount for genuine parts, nearly 50% cheaper. Free next day delivery till 4.30pm too! When I mentioned it was for a charity Minibus, they provided the part free of charge! A part listed for £800 with the dealer we received for free the next day as a gesture of support for our work with disabled children. To Ken and the team at Zeppelin. Thank you so much!

   I have been buying parts from zeppelin trading for my 2 nd Gen Iveco for the past year or so and I have to say they have been a pleasure to deal with. I have contacted iveco main dealers many times for various parts and they have not always been very helpful, mainly because the older models are harder to find parts for, not helped by iveco's sometimes poor technical drawings. When I have contacted Zeppelin they have always managed to track down what I need even when the Iveco drawings are somewhat lacking in detail. I would like to also thank them for getting parts out to me in a hurry especially when the van is off the road. A big thanks to all the team especially SAT who has been a great help. Keep up the good work guys.
