   we went in for kitchen worktops and cabinet doors. We have 0 experience in kitchen worktops, male staff with long brownish hair was rude, couldn’t be bothered to answer our questions and we didnt know what worktop was what, the price difference ect. Just as about to leave the store i spoke to another guy who was useful within 5 minutes quickly told us that we could use 3M rather than a 4 metre work top, he also showed us what was their own stock and which wasn't. unfortunately due to time constraints i was not able to purchase anything from them and due to the very bad experience of the first guy we decided we did not want to go back because he seemed annoyed and huffed at every question. we left the store with more confusion and disappointment. Def not recommend

   Travelled over an hour to visit this place with the intention of purchasing worktops. Unfortunately, the experience was completely let down by the appalling attitude of a lady working there. When I asked about the sizes of boards, I was rushed and told to "hurry up", I inquired whether they offered a delivery service and was again told to hurry and just process the purchase....because they were closing — despite the fact that there was still an hour and a half until closing time. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. I left without buying anything and won’t be returning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The lady is clearly in the wrong job and needs a career change.

   I made a visit today for a specific worktop for a project I'm working on for my clients. I reside over 100 miles away from this business but let me tell you it's worth the trip. Mindy looked after me and I ended up taking 2 workshops whilst I was there! An absolute gem of an outlet for kitchens, worktops and built in wardrobes. It's a long time since I have found a company so friendly and helpful. What a fantastic company and even better staff. Bespoke Home Solutions (Lincs)

   I have now had the best customer service in years, thanks to Shay, Mindy, Steve, and actually everyone connected to this great business. They have the best ranges of worktops in all materials, the reason I visited them. After reading their 5 star reviews I can say they are most definitely deserved. A special thanks to Jamie who delivered our work surface on time and in a very helpful and cheerful manner. If only all customer experience could go back to this level of really great 'service'.

   I ordered a set of kitchen cabinets here. It cost me over 6k, After the installation, there were three unused parts, the original packaging, and I asked for repayment and was rejected, so I felt very unreasonable and would not go back to place an order. Your designer should not recommend unused parts to customers, no customer will appreciate such a service.
