Incredible service! My drive shaft broke as I arrived for a day out at Thorpe Park on my own with 4 13 year olds! Fas was AMAZING fixed it the same day, and even sorted out a brake problem he found too. He really went above and beyond my expectations and I am so grateful- thank you for great service!
0 stars…….I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend……. I took my car to this garage, he was very quick to charge me for a diagnostic test on my car and told me that he would call me the nice day with a quote. He did not bother to call me and did not seem interested in doing the work to my car. Just a quick way of making quick money I guess….charging a lady for a diagnostic test and then not willing to carry out the work. Go to a different garage like I did and get a much better customer service!!!!
I have finally found a mechanic who is genuine, professional and an all round top bloke. I cannot recommend Faz enough. He diagnosed and sorted my car very efficiently even though he has a lot of work on he managed to squeeze mine in as he could tell I was stressed about the issue with my car. I’m a very happy customer who will be using his service again, I wish I found him sooner! Faz you are a legend, I appreciate the time you gave me! see you soon.

Would gladly give zero or even negative stars if I could. I made a booking with Surreyside Autohaus 5 days in advance and messaged them for confirmation. I received a message back with confirmation, saying they opened at 9.30am. Arrived at the place at 9.25, confirming with the next door business that it was the correct place. Sat around until 10.30, called both phone numbers on the website 15 times with no response. This is beyond unprofessional and an absolute waste of time and petrol. The good reviews lulled me into a sense of security but I would totally accept the possibility that they are paid for fakes. Abhorrent. Avoid at all costs.
Surrey side Autohaus showed a level of understanding and skill that put me at ease when I took my car in due to an electronic issue with my car horn. I was kept up to date about the fault, and the strategy used to fix the issue, it's rare to find such honesty and expertise when it comes to repairs in my experience. Definitely a number to keep in your back pocket, I'll be coming back for future repairs, thank you!
Highly recommended, Found while looking for a BMW specialist (as let down by another so called BMW specialist). Car dropped of with parts supplied (crank Pulley and alternator bolt). Fixed within a few hours, very well priced for the work carried out, will definitely be using Surreyside Autohaus again and will recommend to friends and family. 5 Star Very good service.
