   A supportive, professional, thorough and personal service. We dealt in the main with Sam Reid who was incredibly helpful and focused on what we needed. He talked us through the issues and clarified what our options were: he looked at what was best for us; we're very grateful. He rang and emailed us when he said he would, with what he'd said he'd do, and provided us with a faultless service that gave us so much confidence that things would progress in the way we needed them to. And within the timescale we needed, and just before Christmas. Thank you also to Jacob Reid, who in a phone call earlier in the project helped me to understand what I needed to, when I was stressing. We've been impressed with the level of service throughout the company and wouldn't think to call any other company when we do our next project. Thank you so very much indeed.

   I would thoroughly recommend all developers to consider a 10 year ABC+ Structural Warranty. We've just completed on the 66th property with ABC using their Warranty and yet again the team has been a pleasure to work with. They all have a "can do" attitude and have worked to some very tight deadlines for us. Almost all of the properties we've sold have required mortgages and every lender has accepted the ABC+ Warranty without question. ABC+ offers us a very cost effective solution for 10 year structural warranties. The surveyors visiting site don't just carry out inspections, they have also been pro-active in offering solutions when we've occasionally encountered construction issues. Five stars - and I'm not a shareholder!

The Certificate was required in a short time scale, which required a comprehensive and timely technical response from us, but ABC+ made an appointment for the surveyor to attend for inspection, he arrived on time was courteous and completed his report to enable the Certificate to be issued within seven days. On this basis I consider consider the service warrants five stars.

   Fantastic experience with ABC+. I contacted ABC as I needed a professional consultant certificate to sell my flat (did have a warranty through CRL Alpha who went bust in 2018). When I first contacted ABC, I was very stressed and worried about how to get a PCC for my flat, Jatinder reassured me straight away he could help and took me through the steps I needed to take in order to proceed. Everytime I contacted Jatinder he responded within the hour and was always very helpful. Within 2 weeks of first instructing ABC I was sent the PCC. Very professional and outstanding service from start to finish.
