This morning I brought my car in as it was making a funny noise. Peter was courteous, polite and diagnosed the problem fast. All repairs were completed within two hours as the parts arrived promptly. I am very happy with the service I received and I know I’ll be back to Universal for any further help I need with my vehicle

Some common themes here - saving the day, professionalism, speed and friendliness. On top of this I really felt like they cared about me. They could tell I was anxious with a new car, a problem and a total lack of knowledge as to how to solve it. It's out of my way but worth it for such a trustworthy service.
