   I took my car to Ashford auto repairs for an MOT. I managed to book an appointment online the night before which was quick and easy. I dropped my car off and it was ready within an hour. The gentlemen working there were super friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions with ease and a smile on their face. I have taken my car to them for 3 years for this reason. They make you feel comfortable and the process is reliable and efficient. Would definitely recommend them for any car services you may need.

   Save your money and book elsewhere. I had a full service and MOT here and this poor excuse of a garage reused the old seal on the sump plug and didn't tighten it so the oil was leaking out. I took it back and they refilled the oil but didn't check the sump plug so the oil continued to leak out. I have since had to pay a competent mechanic to replace the sump plug and change the oil again. This place is awful, please avoid.

   Amazing service. Took my car in for its usual service and mot ( best price around) received a call letting me know it needed brake pads and discs to pass. Did the work quickly and gave a discounted price for the labour. Cannot fault this place! Thank you again!

   Needed an emergency repair when my shock absorbers went nearby late Friday afternoon, the guys at Ashford auto repairs were able to look at it that evening, order the parts and have it repaired by Saturday morning allowing us to continue our travels. Incredible service, friendly staff and reasonable prices.

   First time visiting this garage and really glad that I went with Ashford Auto Repairs for my MOT. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with the questions I had regarding my side skirt dent and missing safeguard (for the jacking point). Dropped off the car the moment they opened and picked up the car at lunch time, they were done within 4 hours. They're super helpful and mentioned that their friend does car bodywork so I'll definitely be going to see them. I had a great experience and feel comfortable that I can rely on the guys working there.
