Location is not described properly for Borehamwood store. It is behind screw fix & it’s not written in the address. It takes 20 mins to find it for click & collect order

Awful This is by far the worst branch in existence Staff is not only BARELY to be seen, they are slow, unproductive and cannot understand the most simple requests! If you can, avoid this place - not what it used to be a year ago

Bought brake fluid , when i went home it was open and used , like half off it , i won’t make way back for 7£ , but when you buy check , as employees looks like they use what they need , then sell it

Parking is shambley but not their fault. Feel signage about place of shop and parking could be clearer but only an issue on first visit. Won’t make the mistake of accident driving down again! However the staff are lovely! Always have what I need in stock or ready to order for next day. They’re very helpful in providing information on what or where if it’s something they can’t provide themselves. Lovely place! Only one I visit now!

I reserved something online and when I went in to pick it up, they said not only that they didn’t have it but they didn’t even sell it. Slow, unknowledgeable and rude staff.

Very friendly staff. The shop is tucked at the side of the alley, not that easy to find at first. Otherwise a very good shop. Always look for sale items online.

Very easy to find and plenty of parking. I went there just look at a few vehicles to get an idea of the size. Straight away pounced upon once I walked through the doors. I explained I just wanted to look but told all the vehicles were locked and I had to speak to a sales person. I found the saleswoman to be very pushy and just bombarded with multiple vehicle on the pc that I had to pick so she could get the keys. Not the best experience but not the worst.
