They are no longer in burnt oak but moved to colindale and didn't bother updating their info..no sign or directions of their new location either
Got to the shop at 8:25am to get a bulb for the car, waited until 9:00am and the shop didn’t open. The sign on the shopfront showed opening time as 8:00am. Rang the phone number on the shopfront (same as listed on Google) and got through to Colindale branch. Had to walk to the Colindale branch to get the bulb. Was told the Burnt Oak branch is manned by one man; clearly he doesn’t know how to tell the time or they don’t need customers. Better going to Halfords or other spares shop.
1. Firstly, excellent customer service. I believe Chris, who helped me didn't have to but he showed me which parts I needed and how to solve the issue. Top service and I'd happily return. 2. Good location and advertising on shop front. That helped when driving by. 3. Good variety of car products. Deffo would recommend!
Good Luck with returns on a faulty item. They send it back for inspection (so they say) and comes out as it was the fault of the fitter so the warranty is void! You get nothing back. First and last time bought from this place, Never again!!

Best and cheapest car parts shop in the area and not only . Cheaper than EC Parts or H . Went in to purchase simple wipers for my old Honda , I got bosh ones passenger and driver for only £10.50 for both . Guess how much they would have costed me at Halfords , check for yourself : £27 . Good , helpful guys at the desk also ,not like staff at big brand H .
