Fab service, had a tyre go on the M1 and after a spare tyre was fitted by the AA, fairway got me in same day and done within two hours. Highly recommend.
I can't speak more highly about my experience here today. I turned up around lunchtime without an appointment (had a flat tyre) and they still managed to sort my car out. A little tucked away on an industrial estate, but well worth going there. Highly, highly recommended.
I use fairway for all my vehicles, and my motorbike services. The guys here are last of a few decent independent garages around. They’re honest and do good work, and whenever they’ve found a problem they’ve explained what needs to be done and the options. I hope they stay in business for years, I won’t go anywhere else. Had a problem with a gearbox turned out to be a low transmission fluid, they topped it up and didn’t even charge me, where other garages would have probably have leveraged it into major work. As confirmed by many other people in the reviews this garage is a scam. After spending over £1600 and 3 weeks in the garage the car left with the same issue as it came in for. The owners of the buisness said they were perfectly happy with the work they have carried out and its up to standarts. The pictures show how the vehicle left the workshop covered in antifreeze, bits broken and hanging off it underneath. Their comunication during that time was not existing. I had to call and chase them for updates on the situation every day. They were not able to diagnose the problem since "there were no codes showing on the diagnoatics". You will be better of with £10 OBD scanner from Ebay. Don't let "we are a family buisness" fool you. Avoid at any cost! I've had nothing but grief with that garage. Read the other bad reviews before considering the garage to get a sense for what to expect.
Visited today for a puncture repair, all sorted in less than 30 mins, even though they were busy. Great service and price, will use again.
Was having problems with my motor after failing an MOT. They gave me a quote which was a fair price for the repairs, said the work would be around 2 hours, received a call almost exactly two hours later for collection. Excellent service, will definitely be using them again to sort out problems in the future.
Have used this garage for all my cars for MOT , service and any other issues. For many years in Watford. Very prompt, polite and I think their charges are v reasonable.
My family has has 3 cars and I have been taking them to Fairway for some time now. They are very resonable and fair. They replaced a starter motor in my wifes car recently, which is not cheap. A few weeks later it failed and they changed it under warranty, at no cost to us, with out question. Highly recomend them.

As a woman going to a garage it can be overwhelming but they definitely made you feel welcome and not like they were about to rip you off!
