I love this place especially the area with Kelsey she's great. Only problem I have is some of the other staff need to nicely tell children and parents that certain behaviour is not acceptable especially children going up slides Otherwise great
My 2 year old and I had a lovely few hours at Buddies today. Its only our second time visiting (the first time he was only just walking). It's definitely going to be a regular spot for us, not just because it's a great place for him to burn off some energy, but because it's the cleanest indoor play area that I've been too! The food is also lovely & plentiful, and the staff are friendly too. I would definitely recommend a visit to Buddies!
We called at little buddies today for the first time between 11:40 and 1:40pm We thought it was good value for money and very clean. The facilities were great for our 3 year old granddaughter.The lady in the baby area was super friendly and let our granddaughter play with the toys. However the girl with the long dark straight hair not tied back was not very welcoming and when I ordered some food for our granddaughter and explained she had a milk allergy she said it would be fried where dairy products had been! WhenI queried what products she snapped mozzarella sticks! as if I was stupid. I asked for dairy free margarine and she said margarine doesn’t contain milk (some does) Eventually she agreed to fry my granddaughters food separately but her whole tone of voice and body language suggested I was being a nuisance. There was no please or thank you or smile On the way out at 1:40 I wasn’t sure how to open the gate and she snapped at me to sign the book and raised her eyes at her colleague! My husband commented on the way out “she must really hate her job to be so unfriendly “ Perhaps she needs more staff training or work somewhere that has no customer service To end on a positive note the place itself is fantastic and all the other staff were friendly .
Attended a birthday party. On entry we had to register which only makes sense as it's a controlled environment. The staff were attentive and co-ordinated the party events thoughtfully. We had stuffed animals, birthday cake and Skye of Paw Patrol which was great. The latte was yummy as well as the tea. I highly recommend this place for toddler parties.
Just spent the morning here with my daughter in law and 11 month old grandson Artie. We all had a wonderful time. It was warm, clean and welcoming. There were places to sit and watch but also I was able to take my shoes off and climb in to the action. Great. The catering was excellent: generous sized coffee served in proper mugs and lovely pancakes with Biscoff and ice cream. Overall a great treat and a lovely place to take young kids. We will return I’m sure.
We have always come to Jolene land staff are friendly. Place is clean, food is quality and reasonably priced. Just wish they’d add more share platters ( please)
Best soft play in the Chesterfield area by far. Always really clean and looks so colourful and inviting for the kids. Food is very tasty and generously portioned. Play area is brilliant for kids of all ages. My kids and I love coming to Jilbee Land and actually choose to travel the 15 min to Clay Cross rather than go to closer soft plays.
Such a lovely soft play Always very clean and lots for the kids to do. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and always welcoming. The foods also good lots of choice and brilliant for any allergies. Good choice of drinks and alternative milks available. It's somewhere we love to come.
