Great work by Tom Johnson of I C Insurance on a troublesome property management renewal after previous excellent family brokerage was bought out by larger one that gives no thought to customer service. Existing broker just wanted to renew without subsidence cover, couldn't get cover, was ineffectual at negotiating with big underwriter and basically just shrugged. This had dragged on for weeks and meant a sale chain was about to collapse. Gave the task to Tom and he was able to have a policy in place within 48hrs with significantly better terms. A hugely impressive feat considering we'd been told for the last 2 years that subsidence cover wasn't possible. For Tom, it WAS possible and with a negligable impact on premium. Top work. Top Bloke. Knows his stuff and actually goes the extra mile. Happy to recommend.
