   Labrador Welfare Fun Day. We used the outdoor grassed area for a show arena until the rain drove us all indoors. Loads of space indoors for the 80 or so dogs and similar amount of people.

   Saw my dad's band here for the Grenoside Gala. A bit of a trek to get to and the community centre itself is a bit run down, but the community had really pulled together and I had a good time

   Their annual pantomime on now - Sleeping Beauty - is wonderful for both kids & parents, and so modestly priced. Just £31 for a family, 2 adults 2 kids. And the Dame & Ms Malevolent are excellent. Its a must for panto lovers. I took 10 kids & 4 parents and they all loved it!

   It's in Grenoside what's not to like ? We have often used the hall for badminton plus other events such as retro disco night then outside we always attend the banging grenoside beer festival

   We visited yesterday to watch jack and the beanstalk pantomine, great show and kids throughly enjoyed it , unfortunately a little too long 7.30-10pm for there age 3&4 yrs, but was well worth it and would come back again when there a little older.
