Used my rotary airer 3 or 4 times before it broke. Horrendous customer service getting it returned. Once it was returned by royal mail. No alternative sent out or no refund given. Worse company I have ever dealt with. They don't reply to emails, obviously are dishonest. Do not use, Not worth the hassle
I was told to return ebay Order Number: 03-13390-12884 to you and I have also messaged you a few times now as I used Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. The Royal Mail tracking number is: MZ386443094GB. The return item has now been delivered and I am still waiting for the refund to be processed and I am not waiting any longer for it. They are very ignorant and will not answer a single message. I am now contacting trading standards and will be going to small claims court
The clothes drier was larger than I expected, and very easy to put together. It heats up really fast and works great - perfect for the job in hand! It really helped with the extra loads of laundry we needed drying.
