   * UPDATE 27/08 - Mark, with all due respect, you have to admit this is dodgy. You've let a business work from your address that's taken money from people without the delivery of goods and services, and now you're unhappy because there's a public forum for people to share their experiences? I'm happy to consider withdrawing this review, my case with trading standards and any legal action if we receive our refund, you clearly know the person responsible and are in contact with them to some degree. Weirdly, leaving reviews are the only way Afftar Ali, your associate or colleague, actually responds to our requests. Even weirder, those recent 5 star reviews just happen to come at a time when your company is recieving similar criticisms! As a person who works with statistics I don't think I need to run the numbers to conclude what's going on here. Afftar, if you're reading this, I don't need a sob story, I just want our money back. Sort it out. Keshia and others - if only we could organise, I'm sure a joint effort would provide results! * UPDATE 25/08 - to absolutely no surprise this outfit has failed to provide a refund within the deadline agreed, we will now seek legal options, again do not use a company working from this address* *zebra kitchens / kitchens2go / stunning interiors / kitchen factory showroom / possibly others* I would advise anyone looking for a new kitchen to avoid businesses running out of this address, they operate under multiple names but are connected via the same numbers and addresses. We ordered a kitchen in May, nothing was delivered and we are yet to receive a refund. They are now not responding to emails, letters or phone calls. We will be taking further action. They've taken thousands from us, so save yourself time, money and your sanity and shame on those running this scam And yes, I was a customer.

   Terrible company operating under many names but all take your £2000+ deposit and repeatedly fail to provide you with a kitchen. Today was the deadline for them issuing a refund and they have yet again failed. Zero trust in this company. All communication ceases and they just keep your money. Took our money then disappeared. Seeking legal action. Avoid!!!

   Absolutely appalling customer service, rude, arrogant staff. Units were Ill made, luckily I had a good builder who was able to make use of the materials and fitted a decent kitchen. I should have spotted red flags when I went in July for them to do the job in August, job was done in October. After calling many times asking for our deposit back, we were faced with excuse after excuse . We were also told that we cannot get our deposit back so we still went ahead with them. Wrong items were delivered and they didn't collect them, so we were left with unwanted kitchen wall units. At one point we had to go and collect a unit that they had to rebuild because the wrong size was initially delivered. After many phone calls and texts we had to go and get it ourselves as we were fed up of the excuses. To make matters worse when we got home, it was still incorrect! It got to the point where my number had been blocked because I kept calling for them to correct their wrongs. They are also known as Trade Kitchens as well.

   The worst experience I have ever had with a company- I don't where to start. The 5 month+ process has caused anxiety, ceramic dust has given me asthma needing a steroid inhaler and I still have a gas leak, a hole in my wall, and my hob ignition is not connected. I was left without hot water or central heating on Christmas Eve. This company lets random workers (not under contract and they don't even know each others' surnames) sit in the desk at the shop and sell kitchens from their store and from their own workshops. Therefore, when anything goes wrong, they'll say 'oh, they don't actually work here they just rent out the space sometimes'. Despite telling them everything that's happened because of their negligence, they absolve themselves of guilt and refuse to help. This company is also known under many different names including Zebra kitchens. If you speak to a man named Afftar or Ali, run the other way. They'll ignore you, the craftmanship on all the kitchen cabinets is awful, none of them will fit, they'll suggest buying things from eBay that aren't even wired for this country so you'll waste money, they'll hire people who cannot and will not speak English and will insult me on the phone in Arabic. They've made me cry in person, have stood playing with a pen knife refusing to tell me the name of the men they're bringing into my house. Honestly, going with this company is the worst mistake I've made. And still, they'll comment and say 'lol got no idea who you are we have no records of you as a customer.' That's because you don't do paperwork. Trading standards and citizens advice are onto this and will be trying my best to get this place closed down.

   Highly recommended. Callum provided a great service in coming out and measuring up the kitchen and discussing various options before we decided on a final plan. The cabinets are all delivered fully assembled and are of a much superior quality to the high street stores and at a really competitive price. I absolutely love my kitchen and get compliments from everyone who sees it. Thanks Callum

   We were well happy with the service and product. Delivery was on the day quoted, early morning so the fitters could get straight on with the job. The finish of the product is Superb! Everyone that walks into our kitchen area gives us a Wow! So yes we will give a 5/5. Mark & Kathryn - Coventry

   This company deserves 0 star rating. Should be shut down. Absolute joke. Aiden who runs the company ends up blocking your number when you complain or ask when is it being finished. Still not 100% complete after 9 months. And I certainly haven't got the wrong company.

   Quality of the units are top notch, and good value for money, however customer service is absolutely appalling. Some aspects of the kitchen that were agreed initially during the sale such as integrated bin, and open corner unit didn't get delivered and i had to chase repeatedly, in the end I bought bought some of the missing items. Stay away from those company.
