   My headlight went on my car. So I chose the new bulb online and booked a slot for it to be fitted at 1.30. It took 20 minutes for me to drive there have it fitted & walk back in the front door!!!! My husband couldn't believe it was all done. And for just £30....it would have been closer to £100 if I'd had it done at Mercedes Brilliant service, would throughly recommend them. The biggest problem was getting the bonnet to close, I'll have to get that looked at during my next service. Many thanks Halfords

   James H was super friendly and helpful and went beyond my expectations to help me with a poorly charging battery. He jumped straight to work testing and locating the issue which was ultimately that the battery needed to be replaced. James swapped in a new battery in the blink of an eye and made further checks on the alternator and ancillary devices with recommendations and reassurances about future maintenance and guarantees. I would recommend him to anyone who needs support with their car. Cheers Mark.

   First class service from the guys at Halfords, Redhill this morning. Installed dash cam to my sons car and took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked. I also took the opportunity to replace the wipers which were looking a bit degraded, and, again, received great advice and assistance. They're a great, friendly and professional team. They deserve far more than a pat on the back! (Small bonus maybe?) Cherish that team at all costs, they are what makes your branch amazing, and brings customers back time and time again!

   New bike - everything great and easy. Ordered with click and collect, was kept updated throughout and the bike was ready on time. Marcus at the Redhill store was really friendly and helpful, and was happy to answer the couple of quick questions I had. I had been hesitant to order from Halfords as my previous experience with them a few years ago (at a different branch) had not been that positive but it seems like that must have been a one-off. New bike is a pleasure to ride.

   Ordered a few bits from Halfords over the last week from this store. Connor first of all helped me load a huge tool cabinet into my car, on the follow up visit he assisted again with Lee also. Class service. Plenty of stock too and the cabinet looks great in the garage. Parking can be a bit tricky but have never had to queue for a space.

   The service I received for a bike repair was nothing short of remarkable from the team at Halfords.As I'm having to isolate (chemotherapy) I could not go into the shop so they came out to me. They took the bike, which was in bits out of the car, quoted promptly and put the bike back into the car when I picked it up. they also arranged for me to be able to pay without going into the shop. They were great.

   Ordered a mountain bike and child seat. Had some issues, but Liam in the Bike team did an outstanding job of getting them resolved, pulling out all the stops and being very reasonable. And all in time to save the day for a family bike ride. Really pleased with the quality of service we ended up with. We ended up with great advice and guidance, and exactly what we were after. So pleased!
