   Just had our bathroom and bedroom designed and fitted and I am extremely happy with the final product. Our dream bathroom has come to life. The staff are extremely helpful and really know the product well. The customer service was impeccable every step of the way communicating with us at every stage. I would highly recommend Aristocraft to anyone looking for their dream home designs!

   We have had our kitchen, Bedroom and bathroom changed by Avanti, we had two fantastic designers followed up by fitters that new there jobs, lovely guys to have in our home. Would have no problem recommending them to anyone 100%

   Had my moms bathroom done four years ago and wished she had never used this company. She chose the stuff and when it came it just got chucked everywhere and I swear the fitters who turned up when they felt like it, did abit and took days to fit the tiles stole a very precious tool box that once belonged to my late father from the garage. . Yes there was problems where my mom pipes and electrics were, but the fixtures were poor and the toilet seat broke within weeks and was a devil to replace and fix on. the under sink unit was smaller than ordered and the cupboard to use for towels would of been better if purchased from the Ikea and cheaper. Basic stuff expensively priced. lady in planning was lovely but the fitters damaged the hall landing carpet and my mothers wallpaper in the hall . Sorry if I was to be only given one place for a replacement towel rail , I would not go there, they overcharged my mom. We have had to replace things that should not need replacing only after four years. poor goods with poor fitters.

   Had my kitchen doors and drawer fronts replaced. The process is a bit jerky as you go through the different departments whilst your order is processed but there is someone available to answer any queries. Unfortunately I had a problem with sizing & it was the fitter who twigged the issue which was the carcass of the cupboards weren't standard sizes (the surveyor missed this). However, a manager came round on the first of a two day job, remeasured & as Avanti make this particular type themselves, new doors & drawer fronts were made overnight and delivered next morning. We were found to be one short but again, it was made pronto & delivered on the second day. End result was the kitchen was done within the timeline, the company quickly addressed & rectified my issues and it now looks lovely so am pleased with the end result.

   Do not use Avanti under any circumstances. Avanti started fitting our kitchen in April 2018. But they only sent us the under cupboard lights in January 2020, that's 22 months later and I had to throw my rattle out to get them then. They sent a kitchen fitter to do the work and he couldn't get the lights to work. Over the next few weeks they sent several more fitters who also couldn't get the lights to work. Eventually after I insisted, they sent an electrician who got them working within 5 minutes. But 7 months later the lights on one side of the kitchen failed. Since then, on several occasions they have tried to diagnose the problem over the phone rather than actually send someone to find the problem. A fitter has been here several times to change the transformer but this hadn't solved the problem. it's obvious that the transformer isn't at fault but we can't get anyone qualified out to find what's causing the lights not to work. This has been going on now for over 2 years. To cut a long story it is now February 2023, almost 5 years on from when Avanti started fitting the kitchen and the lights problem is still not resolved and they are doing nothing to put it right. We took advice from Citizens advice and despite writing to them on several occasions and promises from them that they will make good nothing is happening. Unfortunately we have now been put in a position where we have no alternative other than to take Avanti to the small claims court. Avanti make a good quality product but when things go wrong the management don't want to put it right. Their attitude is we've got your money so tough, what are you going to do about it! They make a good product but the business is run by cowboys.

   Extremely poor service. Had my bathroom done by them a year ago and the shower went bust within days. They didn't even bother to fix the problem despite making several calls. In the end, a family friend had to fix the shower. Do not use this company.

   They did the measurements. They created the design after I selected my materials, units, handles and taps. I was given a great quote. My job was at risk but I was allowed to pay a deposit to keep the same quote for a year and I could still receive it back if I don't have the kitchen fitted. In the end, the kitchen was fitted and they did a great job. My old kitchen had bad plumbing and it was incorrectly wired. Even those issues were fixed by Avanti Kitchens.

   The experience was on the poor really, as the staff couldn't give me a bathroom quote!...don't understand why you have a showroom to sell kitchen and bathroom and your staff can't even give a quote. I was told by the woman in the shop, as soon as I mentioned what I was after, the earliest appointment for a salesman to call is going to be s while, as we haven't got as many on bathrooms as we do kitchens! So Iwent home and booked an online appointment for the next day and got a quote and design illustration from somewhere else.
