   Great company - positive experience throughout. Personal service, prompt communication and design process with Adam. Bespoke requirements met; good at non-standard stuff. Skilled fitters (Darren & Ian) who were able to find a way of doing something a bit different. Friendly and pleasant to have around the house. Honest if something wasn't quite right - as inevitably happens - so we could work through the options. When two doors arrived from the painters that were a slightly different shade, the issue was remedied no problem. Good value for money - competitive compared to another quote we received for the same job.

   Mixed experience with this company. Positives: 1. Fully kitted showroom 2. Fairly and flexibly priced Negatives: 1. Boiler flu wasn’t turned back on properly and I’ve run into weeks of issues since this happened and am still without hot water since they fitted my kitchen 2. They were not very proactive at all in fixing this issue, to the point where I had to drive to the business on a Friday afternoon to get someone to actually do something as, at this point, I’d been nearly two weeks without hot water 3. It wasn’t mentioned that the floor, tiling and electric box wasn’t included in the price so I am currently in an unfinished kitchen despite haven’t fully paid for what I understood to be “my new kitchen” 4. Hard to contact once they have your money 5. Add on’s were forgotten once the bulk of the kitchen had been fitted - the bin, checking the size of the bin (the lid didn’t fit so had to be discarded), turning the flue back on once the kitchen is fitted - poor attention to detail overall. Overall, I would not recommend this company unless price is a real concern, they don’t offer financing anyway so you’re better off going elsewhere if you are price sensitive. Also, I sense that because mine was a small kitchen, therefore job (under £10K), it was of little importance to them. I was very taken with this business overall after visiting the showroom initially in November, having the owner come round and do his measurements, his quirky tape measure braces and no front teeth; seeing the cards of all the happy customers. But overall, I would not count myself among them. It was very average job. So I’ve given it 3 stars, mediocre. I will be getting my bathroom done this year also and will not be going to them, simply because I don’t trust them to do the best job money can buy in this area at this time.

   Absolutely brilliant! Our first meeting with Clive, Adam visiting us and redesigning our kitchen and Adam fitting it was amazing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. We are now having our bedroom designed and fitted by them. I'm so pleased with the results and have friends who having seen our kitchen are now looking to us them.

   I cannot recommended this business enough. I made a visit to the unit and within 3 days my kitchen was measured up and a plan of how I wanted it was sent to me. There was no pressure sale and the whole process on picking the perfect kitchen was flawless. The kitchen quality is outstanding and everything was delivered in full and on time. The guys in the unit are so friendly and helpful and have answered all of out questions regarding our DIY installation. Highly recommended KITCHEN CARE to anybody looking for a new kitchen.

   Stumbled across when frantically looking on Google for worktops. I wasn't pestered when inside by sales persons which I liked, but when approached I was given some cheaper alternatives as I'd chose the most expensive. We ended up purchasing all worktops from here, had to chase for delivery a few times as noone calls you back which is why I've removed a star, communication could be a little better.

   Kitchencare designed and installed our kitchen for us. We cannot fault it. They have come back to amend a few very small minor issues. They charged me as they said they would and have been excellent throughout. Would highly recommend them.
