   I went to this mechanic to get my alloys changed and ended up paying £90 for a new tyre. After the tyre was fitted, my car was still making the same noise, and I was then advised to replace the wishbone for an additional £140. I agreed because I was worried about safety. After the repair, I asked them to test-drive the car. They only drove it just outside the shop, and when I got back into my car, the noise was actually worse than before. At that point I was told to “go get the alignment checked.” By then I had already spent most of my remaining money, only to be sent elsewhere. I went to another garage, and they told me the issue had nothing to do with alignment at all. Throughout the whole process I felt uncomfortable because communication was really poor. I often felt like things weren’t being clearly explained, and whenever I asked questions about what the actual problem was, the attitude I got back felt unhelpful and annoyed. Overall, I left feeling stressed, out of pocket, and with no trust in the service I received. I personally would not return based on this experience.

   I had an unpleasant experience with this service about three weeks ago. I brought my car in for an oil change and also asked them to check the condition of the tires and to inspect the air conditioning system, as it wasn’t working properly. I was told that everything was fine: the tires were in good condition and the air conditioning worked perfectly, it just needed to be recharged with gas. Following their advice, I recharged the AC system using a canister from Halfords, but within two weeks, all the gas had leaked out—clearly indicating a leak they failed to detect. On top of that, I went to a different service center where I was told the tires were visibly cracked and should be replaced immediately, as I could have received a fine and penalty points if stopped by the police. In short, I paid for a proper inspection, but it’s clear that nothing was actually checked. I advise caution if you’re considering using this garage—they showed a lack of professionalism and care in my case.
