Unprofessional and failed to protect the policyholder Quadra Claims Services completely mishandled our insurance claim. They failed to act on expert recommendations, showed no urgency in resolving serious mould and safety issues, and never ensured that reinstatement was done properly. Charlotte Rees, in particular, was rude, dismissive, and lacked any compassion for the impact this situation had on our family. She even misrepresented the findings of an appointed third-party specialist to justify Zurichβs inaction. If you're looking for competent, ethical loss adjustersβlook elsewhere. Quadra acted more like a shield for the insurer than a fair and independent assessor.

I put a claim in with my insurers LV recently for a damaged down pipe and drain. LV appointed Quadra as loss adjusters and I was visited by loss adjuster Sally Steadman who then appointed a drains company Auger to carry out the work. Quadra were very professional and helpful and Sally explained everything clearly. A CCTV report was carried out on the drain and a detailed report given, I was always kept updated. Auger were approved to carry out the repairs. The whole claim was handled swiftly and I am really pleased with the repair work and the fact that the repair was carried out externally with minimal disruption.

Steve Scholes another useless, unprofessional and incompetent individual working for this joke of a company. Made the claims experience total hell for my brothers claim but I will not let them treat him like that I am a solicitor and will take them to court. Do not let them get involved in your claim. Refuse outright.

Absolute joke of a company would recommend anyone who has to deal with these charlatans to go to another company and use them as nobody could be as unprofessional as this company. They were terrible to deal with from start to finish only gave a 1 star as you can't give the none. Maria the "loss adjuster" is about as much use as a handbrake in canoe. If you want to be messed about and do the loss adjuster job for them this is thebcompany for you.

Wish there was an option for minus stars. This company is very unprofessional and often lacking in common courtesy. They have exhibited a very shambolic attempt at handling my mother's claim - which has been going on for a year (+/-) and STILL isn't resolved. They don't actually seem remotely interested in doing anything to progress work needed to satisfy the claim - even when the victim of their shoddy practice is a 77yr old disabled widow. Quadra seems content to let their claimants chase their equally unprofessional contractors to get work done rather than get off their own rear ends and DO something for their money. We're onto our 3rd contractor - and only because we complained to the equally ineffective LifeSure insurance broker who farmed our claim out to Quadra and mentioned officially complaining to the FCA. We'll see how it goes with this 3rd contractor. Meanwhile in summary: Don't believe the hype on their website about professionalism, caring, going that extra mile. Quadra is an absolute joke - AVOID AT ALL COSTS As for your reply and suggestion we make a complaint via your website. Hilarious. What do you think we have been doing in all thd phone calls and emails we have made/sent to your USELESS employees? You do NOTHING so we have no option other than go to the FSA to make them aware of your total incompetence.

Beware - large buildings insurance claim completely mismanaged. Loss adjuster was non-existent at best, throughout, simply failing to answer most email correspondence and even failed to speak up against dodgy builders after witnessing and proof of the substandard quality of work. I am left to fight it out 2.5 years into the claim at my expense, with an estimated cost of around Β£150k to put things right after the mess I have been left in
