I was told I would receive £200 for referring a friend or family member to Wren Kitchens. I referred both a friend and a family member, as promised, but I never received anything. I also emailed the two contacts I was given for help, but never got a reply. This feels like a complete con, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this referral offer was handled. I would not recommend relying on these promises.

Recently had our kitchen fitted by Wren and am so happy with the results! Our designer Annabelle was amazing throughout the whole process and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, cannot recommend her enough!

Awful service!! Friendly showroom was as good as it got. Room measurements taken by Wren used to design our 'dream kitchen' were incorrect, which impacted on installation; fillers & extra units needed to fill the gaps on installation. A number of items delivered were either damaged or had manufacturing blemishes that required replacements, which took 10 days to deliver. Key support panel for quartz worktop, required by Wren, left out of design, not picked up by Wren's own checks. Customer support in response to complaint refused to take responsibility for design errors, even though showroom accepted there were failings. Instead customer services preferred to place responsibility on us the customer for not checking the designers measurements. Refused to offer any compensation to cover extra costs endured, or goodwill payment for the design failings and poor experience. We went with Wren expecting our dream kitchen, and instead endured a nightmare experience. If you go with this company keep your expectations low; alternatively find another kitchen provider

Good selection of kitchens, however being ambushed by the sales team as soon as my toe entered the door wasn't a pleasant experience and put me off really looking.

Excellent Service , the designer was very helpful and kind . We now have the kitchen of our dreams and couldn't be happier , the help was given at every step of the way and especially Elena who is a member of the Merry Hill Branch team , who was and has been excellent , her customer service from start to end has been outstanding and the after sales has been just as good,a very easy and stress free process from start to end

Absolutely shocking. Decided to have a Wren kitchen on recommendation from family members. Had nothing but trouble with damaged and marked doors/panels. Must have had 6 or 7 parts reordered so far. At time of writing this review we are still waiting on one particular door which has been reordered three times now. When your paying nearly £15,000 for a kitchen you expect better workmanship. We were advised by our fitter originally to go with Howdens but because we liked the look and quality in Wrens showroom we went with them, what a big mistake that was. Waiting for panels and door replacements has turned a 4 to 5 week planned fit well into two months. I will be advising friends and family to go with anyone apart from Wren in the future. I will be going into the showroom where we had the kitchen from to have a meeting with the top manager to air my complaints.

Would I recommend Wren Kitchens is what I've been asked a lot by friends and colleagues, and I'm in two minds about it. The design team were great. As you can see from the photo, it's a difficult space with weird angles behind the camera. They did amazing with the space and I'm really happy with it. My fitter was great, went above and beyond, however the fitters they hire are just fitters that you can contact and pay less than half the price for yourself. I choose to pay the extra for fitting as everything is central, if anything goes wrong Wren will need to sort it. So I thought of it as a bit of extra insurance. The negatives: looking back I feel I was pressured to sign. The quote that stands out to me was "we can give you that free ex-display sink and tap but if you don't sign today, I don't know if it will be avaliable or not". When we had the final price, I was asked my budget which I hadn't mentioned until this point. Once I told them, there seemed to be a lot of wriggle room go get it down to my price. In the end, I didn't get that free sink, but they knocked off some money to make up for that which was fine as an outcome. However, the major downfall here was the difficulty contacting my design team or the store manager after paying. They do send automated emails at trigger points, and central office call before the date of fitting. However, I called 4 times to speak to my design person at the store. Each time told he would call me back, on the 4th call I was told he no longer works there and I should have been told this. He also didnt answer any emails I sent (but he may have been given a new email address at the other store he now works at to be fair). Asked to speak to a manager 3 times after this, was told he was not free but would call back. Never received that call back. Here's my conclusion - IF everything goes well, and you don't need to chase Wren, you will not have any issues and will be happy overall. However, I can see that if anything did go wrong, being able to contact those who you need to at the store will be a chore, and I'm not the only one to point out the difficulty of communication from the store judging by online reviews. Once I signed, I felt like the store itself wiped their hands clean of me which wasn't a nice feeling to go away with. Overall, happy with my kitchen, happy with the before sales, designing, and an amazing fitter (who told me he earns less than Wren make from me paying Wren to install which was sad to hear). Not happy with the store not really seeming that bothered once you've paid. I probably wouldn't use Wren again based on the above niggles in all honesty. This isn't a complaint, just an outline of my overall experience from start to finish - I am happy with my kitchen overall.
