This soft play is the best in Essex purely because you can always see your children, its not so big that they can get lost but its big enough to be challenging. The food is freshly prepared and they do lovely light snacks (love the tea cakes) as well as bigger meals. It's always clean. The staff are always hoovering. The loos are clean (I just went in. Spotless) The manager/owner is absolutely lovely as are the girls that work there- always smily and friendly. They've retained their love of kids despite the challenges of working with them every day! Ive been coming for years and will continue to do so as long as it stays run by this incredible team :)

Finally, someone has actually cracked the code for how a soft play should be run! The soft play: Immaculate. So clean it almost looked like it had not opened yet, which makes a refreshing change from the usual layer of dust you could sculpt pottery from. The equipment caters for every age and ability, and the attention to detail throughout the entire place is genuinely impressive. That awkward in-between stage where your child is too big for the baby zone but too small for the main area is solved. There is a perfect medium-sized section just for them. The food: Fantastic. You can confidently say, “Let’s meet with the kids and grab lunch there,” without mentally preparing for disappointment. The menu is extensive and puts every other soft play café I have visited to shame, and I have been to more than 18 in the last three years. The staff: Friendly, helpful, and clearly proud of the place, which makes the whole experience even better. And yes, I will bother to leave a review. If you have bothered to put an RFID card or QR code on the till because you value my feedback, the least I can do is tap it. If you are looking for bad food and a thick coating of dust, absolutely avoid this place. Otherwise, you have found a winner. Criticism: 19th of November is early for Christmas music, but that’s me being miserable!

Used the venue as an “unofficial” party location but did not hire the party room. All was agreed beforehand with the venue who were excellent throughout the build up to the day. Venue was extremely busy so seating area was a bit packed but we thought the play area was very spacious for the amount of kids. Staff didn’t complain and got on with the task at hand - they’re truly a credit to the company for how hardworking they are during the busiest of days! Lovely people who do everything they can for you. Would recommend without a second thought. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work!

I took my children here with our friends and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We sat down at the table and enjoyed conversation whilst they went to play which to we could see them in every part of the soft play. We even went in and played with them several times in both the under 4 area and above 4 area. The children had face painting done which they loved and the staff who did it were very kind. I'm yet to try the food but I have been told it's lovely. I will definitely be back again soon.
