   Wasn't busy on the Sunday we went, which normally play areas can be crazy and full of screaming kids! The play area was pretty big to be fair compared to some others and had a good variation of things for babies to older kids. Lots of arcade games, sweet dispensers and a big area to eat in and a cafe for drinks and food. Was a pleasurable experience!! Would go again! @mantiumofficial @tektonik0 @t.a.g.0114

   We've visited Buccaneer's Bay numerous times over the past 12 months and have always enjoyed the experience. It's our daughter's favourite soft play centre in the area and we decided to have her birthday party here. Have to say, it was great value for money. The selection of party food was ideal for kids and looked great...lots of choice and plenty for the kids to eat! Staff were really friendly, polite and attentive (they always are in our experience). The party bags were fantastic...best ones we've seen from the numerous parties we've been to. At the end of the party there were 20 happy (and tired) kids...and lots of happy parents. Thank you Buccaneer's Bay for helping to make our daughter's birthday special.

   Disappointed after todays visit. Booked my daughter a party here after using this place for years. Party area was cold and Didn't seem very organised it wasnt clear what was included in the party. Was asked to leave the party area 30minutes before the party ended due to back to back bookings so left my entire party stood with shoes and coats in their hands and no where to sit for the last half hour as all the other seats were took near the cafe area, when I asked the staff member on the till for an explanation and suggested a 15 minute window between parties her reply was very unprofessional and I was told "This is how we make money and its not her problem" she then walked away. No more money to be made off me, Ive cancelled my sons party for next month and won't be rushing back any time soon. Party food was also below average in my opinion the only hot food was Pizza which was cold and overcooked when it arrived. All in all a bad experience for me. I did speak to an older lady ( think she was the manager/supervisor and she was really helpful and disappointed with the service i received but offered no real resolution.

   I am very disappointed about our last visit. We go to buccaneers bay a lot and even had a birthday party there and there is no problems but during our last visit there was a problem and the staff didn’t handle it well. We have been physically and verbally attacked by an English family also staying at buccaneers bay. It started from their children attacking ours physically and verbally and then their mother got involved who was swearing badly. She asked us to come outside to have a fight. She was swearing and shouting at us really loud and we were only defending ourself and we were the ones who were asked to leave. We didn’t start the argument and we didn’t get physical at all yet we were kicked out. The staff didn’t even try down the other family and we felt like everyone was against us.

   Totally love it here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I've got a two year old and this place is the perfect size, not so big I can't see him and not so small he's not entertained. Really like the Tuesday morning toddler morning deal is real value for money
