   Absolutely appalling company I was miss sold a policy so cancelled after first direct debit was taken. They now are chasing me for admin fees that don’t exist and we’re never spoken about when sold policy on phone. Always go direct to Insurance Companies as these lot are robbing gits. Avoid at all costs.I have asked for a copy of telephone conversation when I took out policy as to where it was explained that if I cancelled I would be liable for charges and up until now they can’t provide this to me.    This company should be avoided at all cost as if you decide to cancel an arranged policy with your appointed insurer. They rudely want to charge you for their admin fees. Resulting to getting harassment calls. Go direct to insurance companies for Quotes.

   They use a cold calling call centre to get their leads. Nobody likes being cold called so stop using them and wasting everyone's time.

   the guys here are very friendly & helpful and made it surprisingly simple to understand exactly what i needed and why even went so far as to apply a discount when i told them i am a key worker through covid which i thought was amazing would definatley recommend
