    I received excellent customer service from Vijay. He was polite friendly and very helpful. Vijay noticed that I had picked up the incorrect oil for my car. He searched on the system and told me which oil I need to get. He also showed me how to ensure I get the correct oil. Vijay informed me of getting the best value oil. I find Vijay to be an excellent customer adviser patient understanding and helpful.

    Dear Potencial Customers, Please be aware ! If you want to replace anything in your car, not sure it's a good idea to do it with Halfords.Because if anything gets damaged in your car, it will cost you a lot of time and stress to get it repaired or do anything about it. It will be a very, very long process. I sincerely recommend avoiding it.

    Relatively easy to find your shop. Click & collect quite quick and straightforward. Only thing lacking is a customer toilet. People may have driven a distance to your shop, do their shopping, and then back home, so may need to use the toilet in between.

    Adam was incredibly helpful! He changed the side lights and the brake lights despite a number of challenges that arose. He didn’t give up and stayed calm despite it raining incredibly heavily the entire time and it being an unexpectedly difficult job. He explained everything very well and showed me exactly what the issues were when I asked to see. I am very happy with the service received. Thank you Adam!

    Greeted by an employee as soon as I walked in who guided me to the section I needed. Found what I was looking for in options and numbers. Jay served me at the till and offered me motoring club membership with a £5 saving. Quickly entered my details and I was done. Very satisfied with my visit. Only thing missing was a smile. Otherwise perfect service.

    I ordered a bike from this store and collected it today. The bike itself seems great so far. However, the store's staff seemed quite inpatient and not particularly friendly. They were also not very attentive and went from dealing with me to dealing with other customers that entered the store without finalising everything. I had to grab their attention again in order to do so. If it was just a small purchase, I wouldn't be so bothered but I had just spent several hundred pounds on the new bike.

    Email says ready to collect, when we went to store staff said it will ready to collect only 3 days. False information, waste of journey. My son went again after 3 days. Still the staff said its not ready. Finally he got the bike after a week of receiving email saying bike is ready to collect. What a pathetic service. Have heard horror stories about Halfords, but this was personal horrendous experience

    Not good. Order placed as stock was showing as available; payments was taken but I then got a call saying they did not have the products after all. Refund promised but still outstanding two week later.
