Great products at competitive prices and quick postage. Marked down a star due to damage in transit, resulting in loss of product ….. items were well packed so can’t really blame Slim’s for the courier handling.
Been going to Slims for a good 8 years now building a good relation with the team and won't go anywhere else for car cleaning products unless they don't stock what I'm looking for. I live local so drive to their branch saving delivery costs alongside getting a discount applied when buying from their shop. Even buying online they are competitive on prices, deals and discounts. Great selection of car detailing brands and products that it's rare to not find them have a product your looking for. Hoping they continue to run and expand upon their products and helping me keep my car clean during my ownership.
I was a bit apprehensive going into a detailers, I'm not a detailer. The staff member sat at the back of the shop didn't seem interested and I was thinking the worst. He did get up to help but I was blessed by the detailer who came out from the trade area. Very helpful and very patient, which is so hard when dealing with the public. I have a good range of Bilt Hamber products for the bike and car today and I'm bloody impressed. Top it off with a good in-house discount and you've got 5 stars from me. That's a rarity! I'll definitely be back.
i bought one of their stools nine months ago i only use weekends within short period the piston failed they sent me replacement and now it has failed again i emailed them for their comments they did not reply .i left poor feedback on their site but they did not print it as they only show the good feedback.poor company that does not reply to complaints. cannot recommend them
Ordered item which on arrival unfortunately was faulty contacted company at 3:30pm and by 9:30am following morning replacement part delivered. Pleasant staff, prompt service only to happy to oblige cannot fault. Thank you.
Amazing company! I ordered a product from them on Wednesday hoping I could get it in time for Christmas, which I knew was a bit late, but they did my order straight away and I received it this morning. Really fast delivery, especially at this time of year, I couldn't be happier :)
