   I stopped by Tyre Pros yesterday on my way to Stansted Airport after my tyre pressure warning light suddenly came on. Since I didn’t want to risk a long motorway drive at 70 mph with a possible tyre issue, I pulled into the first tyre shop I saw—just to ask whether it was safe to continue driving. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member I approached was unfriendly from the moment I arrived. He didn’t even respond to my “hi,” and when I asked politely whether it was dangerous to drive with the warning light on, he repeatedly raised his voice, saying, “You don’t see all these cars here? Leave your car for a couple of hours.” I wasn’t even asking for immediate service—just basic advice for safety. While I was still speaking, he abruptly walked away and went inside, complaining to another colleague in an angry manner. I left feeling shocked and uncomfortable. I understand that shops can be busy, but basic courtesy and a simple, respectful answer to a safety question should not be too much to ask. Sadly, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

   The team here are always friendly helpful and efficient. Also great at communication - they kept me updated on when the car was ready and when I arrived it was ready to go. They also parked it so it was easy to leave!

   Very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and courteous staff. Garage was clean and organised unlike the one I had just came from. Took the car in at short notice and was seen to quickly; they rectified a balancing issue and Kareem and his colleagues explained (and showed) me the issue. Would use again.
