   I chose this store as it stated 1 hour collection from purchase. They were late and could only offer apologies. I missed my slot at the mechanic. I had a chat to an agent Tania about the type of product I needed based on my car reg and told her I was worried about the product not being compatibile to my car and she said she had already told me the product is compatible. I collected the order but the mechanic cannot use it as it is not the right thing. Please see the picture. Now I have to go back to the store in order to get my money back by returning the product.

   I have purchased a bike for my son just one week or 10 days The puddles on the bike both side has broken. My son has only used it a few times. I took it to the store. I asked them what you guys can do. They asked me to pay for the paddles so they can fix it then I said no why should I pay the product you selling? It’s a made of a cheap material it shouldn’t be breaking in just one week. So either fix it or give me a refund then the guy said I’ll go speak to my manager he tried to say it’s my son’s fault because it’s been throwing On the ground, so I said it’s one week, my son have not even took it to the road yet He was just cycling on the roof terrace where I have made of a plastic Anyway, then the other manager came out he said I have to say I’m sorry To The, his colleague Which I haven’t sworn they said you did a bunch of liars Otherwise, they cannot replace. I said to him if I swearing to him, I will definitely ask for apologise but I haven’t so I’m not going to So they called the police which the police came and said I have to go out there just a bunch of liars Dishonest people they’re blaming it was my son’s fault on eight-year-old Which he haven’t used it properly, ridiculous company is this with the big name Trying to making money of hard Working people selling cheap product it’s just a paddle of £5 paddle they can’t afford shame on them Now I don’t want any paddle or the bike itself gonna take them to trading standards if this problem hasn’t sorted out or I will take him to the consumers Right Please be aware Of buying from Halfords they are just big cheap dishonest company Once you buy from them If you go for any reason because the products is cheap They have used all cheap pots you will be upset wasting Your time arguing with them about the product Only one WEEK OF USE If you use it for a couple of months, it’s understandable

From start to Finnish it was great service from Rob who explained everything clearly and carried out the fitting. Sin carried out the checks and I was good to go. Great service on a cold night, much appreciated.

   Massive thank you to Ricky/Ricardo and his colleague who’s name I didn’t catch. Came in for a replacement rear wiper but needed a part Halfords didn’t supply. Put me in the right direction to buy it which wasn’t far. Came back and worked really hard to manage to fix it for me. Super friendly and professional and really made my day. Can’t recommend enough, thank you so much again!

   I went in store today to buy a battery for my vintage car and get it fitted . The battery was fitted straight away! Thanks to Ricardo who did an amazing job despite my being worried. He was extremely helpful in the choice of the battery, was very patient and the fitting was very well done I will come back. Thanks to Ricardo

   Maybe because I didn't purchase any service plan, the staff had no intention to explain anything regarding the new bike I bought. She just asked me to sign the receipt and expected me to go. Not the friendliest service I have seen. Also, I was told at online chat that every bike comes with a stand before I bought my bike but it turned out not to be the case. Worse still, I couldn't buy it at Halfords. The staff simply told me to buy it at Amazon. Unbelievable.

   I wish all the staff were like him. Lovely Dominic deserved  5 stars! He fixed my bike at the earliest convenience (earlier than promised) and followed up with a call directly to discuss the issues I had with my bicycle. I know that my bicycle is in safe hands and if any repairs are needed in the future, I will be happy to use his impeccable skills, once again. Thank you Dominic.
