   I needed a replacement part for my car and the very helpful staff member found the part and ordered it on the 21/3/2023 and I received it four days later, having been told it would take between 7 to 14 working days to arrive. Expensive part but it was needed. Definitely recommend this shop for any Ford parts, especially for the older models. Excellent service!

   Be aware they do charge 15% handling fee on all electrical items. I was not told this on purchase so anything you buy please ask what the returns procedure is. They was very fast with ordering parts, the do have genuine Ford Parts. Customer service could be improved, they speak very Low so any hard of hearing people may find it hard to hear what they are saying.

   Needed a rear viewer mirror A very old tatty used rear view mirror st Jessy 20 years old ,,, priced £18,50 and said I can have a free sticky pad to fit mirror I didn’t need a mirror to that coming 3 fat blokes in shop no stock in tbe shop must be a front for something avoid
