Great hotel , great location, excellent price and comfy beds. Stayed here before and will continue to do so. Excellent Service and a warm welcome from Marco on the front desk. Would certainly recommend.
The reception was very polite and professional. It was a easy check and a good price. The place needs renovation but all was OK.
There was confusion around my room and booking, my van was also broken into along with others vans the same night. Someone had £1,000 worth of tools stolen and many including myself had the inconvenience of broken vans not starting and damages preventing us from working. The hotel staff are aware and should let tradesman know what is happening.
We had a great couple of nights’ stay! The staff is always busy, but even with all they have to do, they managed to have smiles on their faces and were happy to help.
As always over night stop for work and can't complain, one of the really hot days and offering guests free bottles of water. Room was cool and clean with plenty of places to eat in easy walk. Only one think if you had walking difficulties may find getting from the carpark to hotel an issue.
Just in for the night. Clean, quiet and plenty of options for dinner round about. Staff were nice also.
Stayed here for Doncaster races ideal to get to the racetrack. Rooms were great and the bed was so comfy. Staff were helpful and friendly will stay again next time going to Doncaster.
It's a nice hotel as you'd expect but the car park is a big issue, many a vehicle has been broken into here beware! I was worried about my van all night. There should be something done about this maybe a night watch person?
Didn't get much sleep as people were banging on the doors to be let in, probably because there was no point ne on reception and they only give one key card for family rooms.
Not many times do you come across a group of staff members so caring understanding and supportive. We have been treated really well and they went over and above the duties to help which doesn't happen to much these days so I want to thankyou Julie and staff for helping out and making our stay a much better one.
