   I’ve been going to Urban Hair for years. The girls are warm welcoming and friendly ever time. It’s the first hair salon I’ve fully felt comfortable in and that my hair looks great every time! And just what I’ve asked for! Special shout out to Suzanne and Taylor who I go to most, so professional! And Lauren with my appointment reminders. We all know I need them! Hahha

   Urban Hair Studio is the best the owner and staff go out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, my last hairdresser retired so I was recommended by her to go to Urban so glad I took her advice , it is beautiful inside snd everyone are very friendly and the attention made by them all is appreciated. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now . My hair is so much better now styled just as I wanted it .i would give it 20 stars if I could , keep up the good work girls xx

   Been having my hair done with Suzanne for over 18 years and can honestly say she is the most dedicated, hardworking person. She has put her heart and soul into her business, her staff and her Clients. Nothing is too much and she strives to achieve complete satisfaction for her customers. The staff at Urban are friendly, polite and such lovely girls. They are a great team and never fail to do a fantastic job and make you feel so welcome. And obviously they always do a great job of my hair which is why I've gone for so long! Can't praise them enough. Love the Urban girls!! Keep rocking. You're doing an amazing job!

   Since having a recommendation to this salon and always worrying about picking salons , they made me feel welcome like I knew them all the time and really listened to how I wanted my hair and I didn’t expect the results from going black to trying to get back blonde with how my hair was. Honestly can’t thank this salon enough and Amy for doing my hair and the other staff making me feel welcome. Everytime I come out of the salon my hair always feels miles better and the condition. Can’t wait to go back again. Deserves five stars thanks girls

   Before my 4th visit (April), my hair was perfect but my hair now is overprocessed and is suffering from breakage and noticeable damage. I went through a journey of getting a light blonde money piece from my black hair and I kept coming back as I knew it would take more than one appointment. I understand when it comes to bleaching, damage is inevitable but for my 4th visit, I asked to have my roots touched up for the money piece as I was happy with the lightness from the 3rd appointment (January). But they bleached over the whole section instead and left it for 45 mins. Fair enough if they left it on that long for just the roots as they’re dark, but for hair that has already been bleached before that’s far too long and they didn’t take that into consideration. My hair started breaking off as a result and this never happened in my other appointments. This was around 3 weeks ago and even now I’m getting a lot of hair fallout when brushing my hair. Although the staff are friendly and look after you, I’m upset that they weren’t careful with my hair and now I have to suffer with irreversible damage.

   Visited this beautiful salon 2 weeks ago for colour correction!! I was devastated with my botched job!! Shannon worked her magic hands and 3 hrs later I felt like a superstar!! Just like to thank the other ladies aswell as they made me feel at home and can't do enough for u!! The salon itself is super stylish. I'm sorry I've not posted it on social media as I don't use either of them. See u all very soon. Big love to all of u.♥️♥️♥️♥️
