Absolute DISGUSTING company. They are just total con artists and don’t take they take vulnerable peoples money there are BULLIES!!! They are no better than scam calls or bank fraud!!!!! Tried to take 100s of pounds out my bank single mother here. They have messed me about SO much with this claim, I’ve ended up cancelling the whole claim AND insurance. I will deal will the repercussion's later. After the claim NOT finalised or even getting a call from THEIR garage you have to use or you pay an extra hundreds on top of your! Added an extra £45 pound to my premium and the claim hasn’t even went through yet!!!! Disgusting disgusting so disgusting it’s knocked me off driving I just haven’t got the mental energy to deal with these kind of people. Complete scammers and I will be looking into this firm further, because it should NOT be legal the way they are literally stealing from people. All you have to do is read all other comments. Don’t go with company or you will risk loosing hundreds.

1 star is too high! This company messed up and registered my car as being scrapped, meaning my car couldn't be automatically re-taxed and I got a £127 fine. I am not with this company and never even heard of them until the DVLA told me that it was this company that registered my car as scrapped. My car has never been in an accident and is sat on my driveway. This pathetic company will not answer the phone leaving you on hold for over 2 hours and still no answer so you give up out of frustration. How this company is still allowed to trade is beyound me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

After i read the reviews I was very worried I ill be in for a disappointment but I had the best and the most smooth experience! My car was collected day after i started the claim and a week later I had a person calling me to discuss the payout. I got the money in my account a bit more than a week after that. Never was very long on the phone line really. I called twice to check on the progress and was updated. All staff were friendly and professional. I think its all down to the fact that when people have good experiences they forget to give reviews but when experience isn’t best they straight run online.

Very unprofessional. Car damaged in January. In February salvage agent takes my car. Salvage agent taking weeks to evaluate my car while I am without any vehicle. Mechanic who evaluated my damaged electric car for repair was not an electric car specialist at all, wrote a report it was repairable even though they did no electrical testing to components of the car which was water damaged. Their storage agent where can was tested dented and scratched my car, additional stress to get compensated for that. They said car is repairable. Waited 2.5 months for their call for the car to be repaired by them. Nobody got to me. No courtesy car either. Waiting for months without their help. Placed a Complaint, no response for 8 weeks. For months of wasting my time got £200 offer for a delay. Absolute joke. Incompetence on every corner. Takes at least 1 hour to get to them by phone, and then wait longer for them to do anything for you. Stay away. I will be cancelling this claim and doing repair myself, no point to have an insurance like that. Next stop will be ombudsman service.

How this company isn't breaking the law, I have no idea!? Been spending hours on the phone trying to get hold of them for months. You read that right... MONTHS. Effecting my ability to renew as got ongoing claim on my record. I took blame for a little scratch 7 months ago. How is this still ongoing!!! Joke of a company and I have no idea how they're getting away with this. Disgusting.

The most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I opened a claim for a stolen car the first week of August 2022, my claim was finally paid Jan 2023. Unless you constantly harass them your claim will never progress, every time I have called I have been on hold for hours, once I waited for four and half hours then was disconnected. Emails are never responded to - "don't email, we never read them" "I can't check if we've received your email, I'm not allowed to check" etc is the level of professionalism and efficiency you can expect. You are constantly given ridiculous excuses such as "claims like this do take time" (five months?!) and when you respond to/correct them, they just move onto whatever excuse is next on their script. When my claim was finally ready for payout, I was told their 'system' had broken for weeks. Then they were waiting for documents from my finance company, despite my finance company emailing them constantly and copying me in, saying they had already sent everything. Then they had to "look into" my claim as I own a company, despite my car being my personal vehicle and nothing to do with my company. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing, nor do they care about the to me and money they are costing people. I'm just glad I no longer have to spend hours a day trying to get somewhere with them. The only reviews on here that aren't one star are, unbelievably, from their own staff, saying they love working for the company and get free pizza, which sums up the embarrassing level of unprofessionalism you can expect from them. Maybe less eating pizza and more answering the phone is needed!? As everyone else has said, avoid these absolute clowns like the plague.

I have never known such an unprofessional company. Phones are obviously disconnected at their end, don’t bother calling they NEVER answer. Been waiting 4 weeks now to have a payout, only to be told last week that their database is down and therefore can’t pay my claim! When I email back I never get a reply, so when I asked how long it would take I had no response!! I’ve had people from the claims line send multiple messages to them to call me ASAP and they NEVER DO!! It is absolutely infuriating. I have told them numerous times that I can’t get to work or drop my son off to nursery until this is resolved, as I can’t get a new car until it’s sorted, it’s a massive disruption in my life. They don’t care, they don’t help and you’ll be waiting a long time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Freedom Brokers, Pukka, Sainsbury’s, ALL OF THEM OPERATE FOR ACTION365 DON’T INSURE WITH THEM. If they think that I will just forget about this claim (which I believe they do) they’re sadly mistaken, I will be taking this up with the financial Ombudsman and I will have my payout. You as a company are disgusting, people that pay money for the insurance you provide can’t even get hold of you! Absolutely vile.

Unbelievable. Twice waited over 3 hours on the phone only to be answered by someone who didn’t have a clue, 6 weeks since my claim, and only got response when I complained on sainsburys bank Twitter page. Still No reply to my email I sent them 2 weeks ago. Avoid them at all costs.
