   I had shellac nails done, the UV lamp kept turning off (it was clearly faulty). I went home and my nails had not set and were peeling. I called them, I returned to the salon and they removed the shellac and rebooked me for the following week. A day before my appointment I received a phone call saying that I can keep my appointment for tomorrow but they are going to refund me and that I can pay on the day. I asked why, the receptionist could not give me an explanation. There prices have increased this week, I suspect they wanted to refund me so that they could charge me their new price for a treatment I had paid for and was not fit for purpose. The receptionist (Molly) was so rude, If I was the salon owner I would be embarrassed she is front line staff

   I have been here a couple of times for a spray tan. The girls here were very professional and helpful as I wasn't sure what to do. They immediately put me at ease and explained everything. I was very happy with the resulting natural tan, it was just what I wanted. Definitely recommend and will definitely return.
