   Terrible customer service. Lots of staff yet waited ages to be acknowledge. Not even a 'We'll be with you in a minute' . Once finally acknowledged the man just wanted to crack jokes and mock his colleague who actually was the only professional one in the place. We were about to leave until he arrived and helped to answer my questions. Such a shame as the man I had spoken to on the phone previously was very friendly. Sadly won't be returning.
